Divorce and Diamonds, two life events when we needed Nina Hollander with Coldwell Banker Realty in Charlotte.
Divorce: I first met Nina as a teenager when my parents went through their divorce and we sold our childhood home as a result. She created a relationship with our entire family and navigated the complexities of a home sale while going through a messy divorce. For that, I’m thankful.
Diamonds: Fast forward 14 years when my fiancé and I are ready to settle down into our first home. Because of the memories I had of Nina as a teenager, she was the first person I called after finding a home on Zillow that matched our needs. It was Mother’s Day when I sent her a quick message requesting a tour. She immediately replied and believe it or not, came out on Mother’s Day to tour the home with us. When I say us, this included my divorced parents, siblings, fiancé and all. Quite a remarkable, full circle moment for my family. I attribute some of that to the love my family has for me but a lot of it is due to the trusting and respectful relationships Nina created with each of us.
I’m thrilled to share that we closed on our first home mid-June. We used the remarkable line up of referrals Nina shared and felt confident and informed every step of the way.
