The Waxhaw area housing market remained a seller’s market in September 2021 with continued significant decreases in inventory. With 58.3% less inventory year-over-year and continued buyer demand, days on market were down, while home prices increased. Both closed and pending sales were down due to the lack of inventory and new listings.
