Both the Fort Mill and Tega Cay, SC housing markets remained seller markets in January 2019 characterized by inventory and months supply of housing decreasing both areas. Average and median sale prices also dropped in both Fort Mill and Tega Cay in January 2019 compared with one year ago. Closed sales in Tega Cay were up, but down in Fort Mill. Pending sales were down in Tega Cay, but up in Fort Mill. New listings were down double-digits in Tega Cay and up slightly in Fort Mill.
