BridgeHampton is a 544 home neighborhood built by John Wieland Homes and located on the border of North and South Carolinas in the Ballantyne area. Approximately half (277) of the community’s homes are in Charlotte on the North Carolina side, while the others are in Indian Land on the South Carolina side.  The primary “visible” difference in homes is that the North Carolina homes were built as an all-brick/stone community, while on the South Carolina side, homes were primarily brick front with hardi-plank siding, although there were some homes that had three sides brick. Majority of the homes were built between 1999 and 2006.
