Average sale prices of homes increased 5.7% year-over-year to $307,503. Average days on market were flat at 38 days in October 2019 versus October 2018, while median days dropped by 4 days to just 12 days. No doubt about it, Matthews homes continue to sell quickly.
Closed sales and pending sales increased. Closed sales by 52.3% and pending sales by 27.6% year-over-year.
With homes selling at 98.6% of asking price, buyers should expect minimal room to negotiate.
