12-Month Home Sales Report For 500+ Charlotte Area Neighborhoods: June 2020
If you’re wondering how home sales fared in Charlotte metro area subdivisions in June, here’s a list of 500+ Charlotte metro neighborhoods where at least one home sold each month in the past 12 months. The report includes neighborhoods in Charlotte, Waxhaw, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Stallings, Belmont, Mount Holly, Gastonia, Pineville, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Monroe, Concord, Mooresville, and more.
Charlotte region ended June 2020 with just 1.3 months supply of inventory of homes (down 50% year-over-year). The lack of inventory (down 46.7% year-over-year) pushed median home prices up 7.5% to $284,900 and average home prices up 3.5% to $333,938 for the month ended June 30, 2020 compared with June 2019.
