AMERICA’S LARGEST DESSERT FESTIVAL IN CHARLOTTE ON SEPTEMBER 14

Charlotte Dessert Wars return to the Queen City on Saturday, September 14th. This sweet event, billed as America’s Largest Dessert Festival, is taking place at Charlotte’s Park Expo located at 2500 East Independence Boulevard.

Do you love desserts? Is your dining philosophy “that there is always room for dessert?” Then you should be heading over to Charlotte’s Dessert Wars on September 14th. You’ll be able to sample sweets from some 50 competitors who will be vying for the People’s Choice Championship in Charlotte and later in October for the national championship.

VIP tickets include 50 sample tickets, a “go-box” and entry beginning at 3:00 PM.
GENERAL ADMISSION tickets include 30 sample tickets, a “go-box” and entry beginning at 4:00 PM.
SCHEDULE:
VIP doors open at 3:00 PM.
General Admission doors open at 4:00 PM.
Voting for People’s Choice Champion ends at 6:00 PM.
Trophy Ceremonies begin at 6:30 PM

The National Dessert Wars Championships come back to Charlotte on October 19th from 3:00 PM till 7:00 PM. The top 3 winners in each city will automatically qualify for the National Championships where they will compete for a $20,000 prize. So this year, you have not one, but two opportunities to taste some of the sweetest cupcakes, cookies, ice cream and doughnuts in America!
